This foundational workshop equips learners with practical strategies to plan, prioritize, and take control of their time. Designed for participants seeking better work-life balance, Time Management introduces core principles of prioritization frameworks, productivity techniques, and stress management—including Warren Buffett's 5-Step Principle, the Pomodoro Technique, and Stephen Covey's Time Management Matrix—within an interactive, exercise-driven workshop.

Participants will explore:

  • Planning, prioritizing, and multitasking: identifying time eaters, applying Pareto's Principle, and distinguishing efficiency from effectiveness
  • Prioritization frameworks: Stephen Covey's Time Management Matrix and the Action Priority Matrix
  • Integrating work and personal priorities: setting priorities, building rituals, and limiting evening commitments
  • Managing and controlling time: daily planning routines, "eating the frog," and the Pomodoro Technique
  • Tools for time management: apps and software such as Microsoft To-Do, Outlook Tasks, RescueTime, Dropbox, and Evernote
  • Reducing stress: recognizing cognitive, physical, and emotional symptoms of stress

By the end of the session, learners will be able to:
