Admissions


Explore what you need to get started on your journey on a WrightNow Solutions Training Center Certification Program! Below you will find what you need to know about the program admissions requirements and application process. Applicants are encouraged to ask questions, so that you can make informed decisions concerning the certification programs, costs, and methods of payment.   • All students admitted to WrightNow Solutions Training Center should have a high school diploma or GED. Transfer credits from other institutions are not accepted.
  • You are required to sign an Enrollment Contract and pay this initial fee to secure your seat.
  • You are not registered and able to attend classes until payment has been received by WrightNow Solutions Training Center and a confirmation email has been sent to you.

Tuition


Tuition for any certification program includes:

  • All the basic materials (i.e. manuals, labs, and exercises, etc.)
  • Certification exam fee
  • Access to the learning management system
  • Office hours with the instructor
  • All fees must be paid online, but if for some reason you need a different option please contact us
  • Seats are limited on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Please refer to Program of Study and Course Descriptions section for detailed cost per course
  • Funding outside of self-pay can be discussed on a case-by-case basis

Cancellation and Refund Policy


Cancellation

WrightNow Solutions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes at any time. Should this occur, enrolled students will receive a 100% refund or credit for another course if taken within one year.

Refund Policy

Payment in full is required for enrollment.  An invoice will be issued upon enrollment and can be paid online.  Refunds are provided according to the following criteria:

·        100% refund will be granted if student requests a refund within three (3) business days after making a payment

·        Refunds are determined based on the proration of tuition and percentage of course completed at withdrawal, up to 50% of the course

·        If a student withdraws after completing 50% of the course, no refund of tuition will be granted

 

In cases where fees or books and supplies are charged in addition to tuition, there will be a refund for any unused portion of the fees if a student withdraws before completing fifty (50) percent of the period of enrollment except for:


·        Items that were special ordered for a particular student and cannot be used

·        Items that were returned in a condition that prevents them from being used by or sold to new students

·        Non-refundable fees for goods and/or services provided by third-party vendors

 

The date used to calculate refunds will be the date the student sent a written communication to wnslearn@wrightnowsolutions.com to request a withdrawal.

There will be no administrative and/or withdrawal fee for a student who withdraws from the WrightNow Solutions Training Center.

Extenuating circumstances will be taken into consideration when addressing refund requests.

Complaint Policy


WrightNow Solutions’ core values keep us true to the mission and vision of our organization as well as provide a foundation for our growth. While we believe in a thriving business, we place mission and core values above profit. WrightNow Solutions Training Center desires to resolve student concerns and/or complaints in an expeditious and constructive manner through open dialogue and honest communication.

Step One: Informal Student Concern or Complaint
When a student has a concern or complaint, resolution should be sought through informal communication with the appropriate instructor, staff member, or administrative officer who may be able to help rectify or clarify the situation before a formal written complaint is initiated. Concerns expressed by students should be addressed by the person receiving the concern, to the best of their ability, assisted by the staff member hearing the concern. Informal student concerns include items expressed verbally or in an electronic format such as email, texting, etc. If the student's concern is not resolved at the informal level, then the student is able to submit a formal written grievance by following the procedures outlined below.

Step Two: Formal Written Grievance Procedures
Once a concern or complaint cannot be resolved through the informal process, students should use the formal written grievance process outlined below. Students are encouraged to utilize the grievance procedure when they believe they have been treated unfairly; therefore, it is critical there be no retaliation against any individual involved in the procedure. Retaliation will not be tolerated. A student who wishes to lodge a formal grievance with the Training Center must complete and submit the Formal Written Student Grievance Form which can be obtained from the Training Center Administrator. The form will require a narrative description of the complaint, the date(s) which the problem became evident, and a statement of the desired resolution.

Step Three: Investigation
The President’s Office will investigate the complaint to determine its validity, and will include the following:
•Communication with the instructor or staff member against whom the complaint was lodged. Inthe case of a complaint regarding procedures, the meeting would be with the staff memberresponsible for the program or service in question.
•Communication with appropriate instructor, staff or students.
•Could include meeting with complainant and instructor or staff member against whomcomplaint was filed.

Step Four: Response
The WrightNow Solutions Training Center staff member, upon conclusion and investigating the nature of the complaint, will respond in writing to the complainant within ten (10) business days. The response will include:
•A written description of the complaint, including all pertinent details.
•A statement regarding action taken.

Placement Services


The WrightNow Solutions Training Center has placement services that are available to students. Awareness of job opportunities and how to pursue them will be made available. Referrals can be made to professional resume writing and interview coaching services.
