Through practical examples and guided reflection, learners explore how etiquette influences communication, perception, and relationship‑building across a variety of professional settings.


Course Goals:

  • Demonstrate appropriate behavior during the workday and at after‑hours functions
  • Apply effective verbal and written communication practices commonly used in the workplace
  • Recognize and adapt their communication style, including the impact of non‑verbal cues
  • Understand the role of professional attire in shaping personal brand and workplace credibility
